Tiruppur Exporters Association organized a felicitation ceremony on 23 June 2025 at the Padma Shri Dr. A. Sakthivel auditorium to honor students from Tirupur Government Schools who secured the top three ranks in the Tamil Nadu Government 10th and 12th Class Public Examinations.
Mr. N. Thirukkumaran, General Secretary, TEA appreciated the outstanding performance of students from Tirupur District and Tirupur Corporation in the public examinations.
Mr. K. M. Subramanian, President,TEA congratulated the students, parents, and teachers of government schools for their remarkable achievements and encouraged the prize-winning students to continue striving for the progress of Tirupur.
Padma Shri Dr. A. Sakthivel, Honorary Chairman, TEA addressed the gathering and appreciated Mr. K. M. Subramanian for organizing this special event. He remarked that no other association has taken such an initiative and that the Tiruppur Exporters’ Association continues to set a commendable example.
A total of Rs.3.30 lakhs in prize money and mementos were awarded to 128 students from 27 government schools under the Tirupur Corporation Students secured the top three ranks in Class 12 received Rs. 5000, Rs. 4000 and Rs. 3000 respectively, while those in Class 10 received Rs.3000, Rs.2000 and Rs.1000 respectively. Mementos were also presented to all participating government schools.
Mr. Chinnasamy, Joint Secretary, TEA thanked the participating students, their parents, teachers and Executive Committee members for their enthusiastic involvement and support in making the event a success.
Earlier, Mr. A. Easwaran, former PTA President of Jaivabai Corporation Girls HSS, was felicitated with a memento for coordinating the event between the schools and our Association.
