Shri. K. M. Subramanian, President of Tiruppur Exporters’ Association, in his speech, said that the association was creating awareness in the industrial community to carry out production under the principle of recycle and reuse. Zero-Liquid Discharge (ZLD), Non-Conventional Green Power Generation (wind and solar), Mass Tree Plantations, cleaning of ponds, rain water harvesting, adoption of government schools and hospitals, road facilities, cancer hospital, dialysis center, medical camps, women’s job opportunities are all being initiated by Tiruppur Exporters’ Association in collaboration with the government and mentioned the absolute need of recycling and reuse in today’s scenario. He mentioned that everybody is interested in recycling waste fabrics and old clothes and are looking for ways and means to achieve this. He welcomed Mr. Elias Junker and Mr. Thierry Masi, Area Sales Managers of Andritz Laroche SAS and requested them to introduce the technology. The representative of Andritz Laroche SAS explained through PPT the functionality and superiority of the machines manufactured by Andritz Laroche SAS which are best suitable for recycling waste fabrics and old clothes into fibre / yarn. They also clarified the doubts raised by the exporters.
